A black cat exercise

My class had fun describing my Halloween cat named Midnight. We were covering the importance of details in writing about nature. It was the day before Halloween and I brought in Midnight. I gave them five minutes to write and they wowed me with their descriptions. Each one approached it differently and beautifully.

So give it a try if you want!
