November brings both fiction and nonfiction national writing challenges. To get fiction writers ready, Ann Arbor District Library is holding a NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) Kick Off Party this coming Sunday, October 25, 2015, at the Traverwood branch from 3-5 p.m. This branch will also host Official NaNoWriMo writing sessions in November starting with free writing from 2-4 pm Sunday, November 1st.
